For me, tiles mean more than just small surfaces. Sometimes, when I couldn’t reach large walls, they became a way of producing a fragment of the wall itself. They evolved as works that are portable, movable, and able to settle into different spaces. Each tile is a small intervention left in its location. Its scale may be small, but the idea it carries is always larger.
